## Important limits

- Public scoring currently uses EcoMark Algo v4.
- Results describe observable public digital practice for a domain or subdomain sample.
- EcoMark does not certify legal, privacy or accessibility compliance.
- Algo v4 does not claim exact real-world carbon emissions or exact third-party data-processing locations.
- Historical results retain the algorithm version that produced them.
